I’m a reporter and documentary producer based in New York. I’ve focused on international reporting and investigative journalism.

I’m from Barcelona and before moving to New York City in 2017, I spent over five years based in Beirut, reporting on the Middle East in the midst of the Syrian war and its consequences across the region for newspapers and radio.

For the past two years, I’ve produced, Blood On The Wall a feature documentary for National Geographic about Mexico and the migration route from Central America to the United States. The experienced I gained in the Middle East -searching for sources on the ground, building trust with people who has never been exposed to the media, navigating the intricacies of complex bureaucratic structures- was crucial in the production of the documentary.

During my time in Beirut, I was the correspondent for Cadena SER, the Spanish leading radio network, and a stringer for El Mundo, the second largest daily newspaper in Spain. My work has also been published in Al Jazeera, Al Monitor, Middle East Eye, or El Pais among others.

I received my MS Investigative Journalism degree from Columbia Graduate School of Journalism in 2018.
